“The thoughts you subject to your subconscious mind are your responsibility.”

The more I move towards living a self actualized life, the more I realize that everything is ultimately my responsibility.

As I continue to evolve into the reason for my existence I realize how much I used to I sabotage my own life at every corner and just how self destructive that was.

The saboteur is the Colonel of the “Negative Thinking” army.

The voice of our saboteur tells us we can’t and gives us a plethora of reasons why not.

Most of us mortals tend to get in our own way at times.  Some people make it a national pastime.

Self sabotage is when we turn our own guns on ourselves. It’s a kind of friendly fire but on “purpose.” It’s intentionally shooting our own troops while they are fighting the battle for our own liberation. And the artillery shells are normally aimed at our goals, our dreams and our hopes. And with a sustained barrage of mortars, they can shatter our chances of winning the revolution for our independence our freedom and our bliss.

The losing army is forced to wave the white flags of surrender and become captives at the mercy of their new masters.

Most of the time this destructive warfare happens unconsciously. We may not even be aware that it’s going on.

The saboteur’s job is to convince you to stick with what’s familiar so you don’t have to risk your “comfort and security.” The saboteur’s marketing strategy is to sell you on sticking with the “easier path.”

But in the end, it’s the “easier path” that becomes the more treacherous, painful and unsustainable.

Self sabotage may have deep seated routes in the messages we were given as children growing up. Or they may be the result of feeling we are different or that we didn’t fit in or belong. They may also be the reactions to emotions we are trying to hide and deny by using addiction or procrastination.

When we are throwing up roadblocks to our lives and self sabotaging we’re really just a denying our own innate goodness and not acting the part of our own Inner Divinity.

We need to live consciously and become aware of when our saboteur is running the show. What we resist persists. So with awareness we can then make a conscious decision to “turn the other cheek.”  Our job is to become conscious of when the saboteur is engaging, and then with non resistance, disengage by substituting an empowered thought that resonates deeply with joy or bliss, or a thought that connects deeply to our Definite Major Purpose.

Here’s the kicker, it takes EXACTLY the same amount of time and energy to send a negative, saboteur evoked thought to your subconscious mind as it does to send an empowered, blissful and positive thought.

It’s Universal law that the subconscious mind MUST and WILL give you more of what you are thinking.

The thoughts and thinking you subject to your subconscious mind is ultimately your responsibility.

Choose wisely.

Much love & Welcome Home,

Ryf

Thank you Thank you Thank you for this post! I’ve been having a hard time lately with feeling rejected, not belonging, and not liked. I didn’t know how to process these feelings at all. And with this post, I was able to become aware that my feelings probably stem from childhood somewhere. I realized my soul/spirit/being is worthy of being loved and liked and belonging. Those people who made me feel that way have their own issues and their own journey and what they think/do is not a reflection of how worthy I am. I am worthy!

      Hi Jovan,

You Got it! What other people think of you is none of your business. And the messages that you may have got from parents, friends, society and religion that don’t support anything other than your birthright of magnificence and alignment to Source is not based in reality. Here’s an affirmation I like.

“SOURCE COULD YOU PLEASE SURROUND ME WITH PEOPLE WHO UPLIFT ME AND REPRESENT THE QUALITIES THAT I WANT TO GO TOWARDS, AND PLEASE GIVE ME THE STRENGTH AND DISCERNMENT TO SAY NO TO THE PEOPLE WHO DON’T.”

Thank you for supporting my Purpose and following TDWH

The worthiness in me sees the worthiness in you.

      Ryf.
